Two-year, studio-direct warranty.
Every AALAY piece carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, effective from the date of delivery.
What is covered
Structural defects in the printed form, electrical faults in the integrated lighting components, and failure of the hand-finished surface under normal use.
What is not covered
Damage from accidents, misuse, exposure to moisture beyond the piece's specified rating, or normal wear and tear.
Features, not defects
Layer lines, minor print variations, and the natural patina of brass or wood-PLA are the memory of the object's making. They are not covered because they are not faults.
Making a claim
Write to warranty@aalay.in with your order number and a short description. We respond within 48 hours.
Keep the original packaging where you can — it makes a replacement faster.
