2-Year Studio-Direct Warranty.

Every AALAY piece carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, effective from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers structural defects in the printed form, electrical faults in the integrated lighting components, and failure of the hand-finished surface under normal use.

It does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, exposure to moisture beyond the piece's specified rating, or normal wear and tear.

Layer lines, minor print variations, and the natural patina of brass or wood-PLA are features of the piece, not defects.
