A small table lamp takes 6–8 hours. A pendant lamp takes 12–14 hours. A chandelier tier takes 14 hours, and a three-tier chandelier takes 42 hours. Hand-finishing and quality control add another 4–6 hours per piece.

Yes. Every AALAY object is designed and printed in our studios in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi, and Hyderabad. Our materials are sourced from Indian suppliers (resin from Pune, brass from Jaipur, packaging from Kanchipuram and Vasai).

Yes — pan-India shipping is free above ₹2,500. Below that, a flat ₹99 shipping fee applies. We currently deliver to all metro cities and most tier-1 and tier-2 towns. Pincode serviceability is checked at checkout.

We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, Amex), netbanking (all 50+ Indian banks), wallets, EMI on orders above ₹3,000, and Cash on Delivery to serviceable pincodes. All payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Made-to-order and limited-edition pieces are non-returnable, but we will replace any piece that arrives damaged. Read our full Refund Policy.

All AALAY pieces carry a 2-year studio-direct warranty against manufacturing defects. Layer lines and minor print variations are not defects — they are features.
