Returns & replacements.
Seven days on ready-to-ship pieces. Replacement at our cost for anything that arrives damaged.
Ready-to-ship pieces
May be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. The piece must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a saleable condition.
Made-to-order and limited editions
Non-returnable, except in cases of transit damage or manufacturing defect, in which case we will replace the piece at our cost.
Refunds
Processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned piece. The amount is credited to the original payment method.
Starting a return
Write to returns@aalay.in with your order number and a brief note. We arrange reverse pickup within 2–3 business days.
Refunds reach the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the piece returning to the studio.
