Returns & Replacements.

Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. The piece must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a saleable condition.

Made-to-order and limited-edition pieces are non-returnable, except in cases of transit damage or manufacturing defect, in which case we will replace the piece at our cost.

To initiate a return, write to returns@aalay.in with your order number and a brief note. Our team will arrange reverse pickup within 2–3 business days.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned piece. The amount is credited to the original payment method.
